I'm delighted to share this energy healing basic exercise video with you. I have made some edits to simplify the sequence and make it accessible for everyone. I hope you find it enjoyable to follow along with the postures.
As mentioned during the class, it's important to remember that these postures are not meant for stretching. The key to feeling the energy is to relax while holding each posture. You may experience a burning sensation or discomfort, indicating the presence of energy blockages that are seeking release and flow. In such cases, focus on your breath and allow the energy to flow internally.
While the video primarily focuses on Qigong energy movement, I have omitted the body tapping exercise at the end. I encourage you to watch and follow this video daily for 7 to 14 days, observing the changes in your body.
