    When a student-athlete realizes this fully, success happens naturally.

    Planning For Tomorrow's Success

    SOUND ON: Historically, it takes time for me to wake up my brain in the morning, so I try to prepare as much as possible the day before.

    It gives some sense of clarity so when I wake up, I can hit the ground running.

    No doubt I’ll need to be flexible with some audibles but it’s better than running around like a chicken without a head.
