It now offers a serene wellness space for professionals and small gatherings.

    Michelle and Alex are, well I don’t have the kindest words to describe them, but I’ll try. Lol. They are wonderful, thoughtful, helpful, warm, inviting and what ever other wonderful words you can think of, that’s them. The space is big enough to do photography, podcasts, interviews and many other things. There is plenty of parking in the back and so you don’t have to worry about that either. In all, I love the space and will definitely rent from them again.

The space is actually more beautiful than the pictures show and it is a quiet peaceful place that is perfect for yoga, meditation and other healing classes. The hosts are friendly and extremely helpful and I will definitely be making use of this space again! Highly recommend.

Cozy & Quiet Urban Therapy Studio

  • The main wellness room is thoughtfully designed, featuring:

    1. A heated massage bed

    2. Two brand new oak standing lights add a warm, zen ambiance, enhancing the calming atmosphere of the space.

    3. A warm colored bamboo table with chairs

    4. A Himalayan salt lamp

    5. A large window lets in plenty of natural light, with blinds for easy adjustment to create a low-light setting when needed.

    6. A newly renovated soft yoga floor with oak accents

    7. The walls have been freshly painted, and the room exudes a modern zen aesthetic, perfect for any calming or therapeutic session. Additional tables and chairs are available upon request.

  • This room is suitable for meetings, private treatments, private exercise sessions, small workshops, podcast recording, filming, or any quiet, private use. The space is excellent for recording purposes, and is away from busy public areas, ensuring maximum privacy.

  • Internet is also available.

  • The space features central air conditioning, an additional AC unit in the lobby, heating, and a fan for year-round comfort.

  • 1. No smoking inside the building. 2. Outside catering is allowed, but guests are responsible for cleanup. 3. No alcohol permitted on the premises. 4. Please respect the quiet nature of the space; no loud music or disruptive activities. 5. All furniture and equipment must be returned to their original location after use. 6. The space must be left in the same clean condition as it was found. 7. No pets allowed, unless they are service animals. 8. All guests must adhere to their scheduled booking times. 9. Trash should be disposed of in designated bins. 10. No excessive or disruptive noise, especially during evening hours.

This space has been part of Matrix Railway Corporation, an established company since 1999, providing lighting and engineering services to federal government agencies like NYCTA, LIRR, MARTA, and many more. The company founder is a Cornell University graduate, and the business has operated from this location for over 25 years.
